Boo Boo's, Pics, and MM's

Two weekends ago we headed to Birmingham to see B's Aunt, Uncle, Cousin and her husband!  I love them like they are my side of the family.  They are incredible people with a love for Jesus that is truly inspiring.  Being around them makes you feel taken care of and very peaceful.  I'm not sure how else to explain it.  I love visiting them for so many different reasons. While we were there we had delicious meals, went to several yard sales (and got some pretty dresses for MM that still had the tags on them) and T rode his bike down their huge driveway...and got a big Boo Boo!  I'm glad I wasn't there to witness it.  I was actually laying in the bed upstairs trying to make my awful migraine go away.  I think I was more upset about missing one of Aunt Nancy's meals than my migraine but while I was sleeping T took a big spill.  B said he kept backing up on the driveway and got higher and higher to go down the hill.  Everyone said he fell really hard and cried just for a little bit but was more upset that the bike also got a boo boo( the seat ripped on the bike).  He got back on the bike and rode it though.  He is one tough little guy.  He isn't one to cry about hurting himself.

MM was the best baby the entire trip.  I didn't hold her much the entire trip.  She was getting all kinds of sugar and hugs from everybody else.  Jennie Merritt took wonderful picture of MM while I was dealing with the migraine.  I was so happy the next day when she showed me the pics!  I'll include some of the best pics...

Didn't she do a GREAT job?!  I love them.  T was worn out on Sunday afternoon.  He had been a little spoiled all weekend and pretty much lived on M and M's, combine that with a boo boo and no nap.  He hadn't let us wash his boo boo so it needed to be washed so we swung by Mama's and Daddy's and I threw him the shower.  We were having dinner with some friends that night and he needed a bath.  He cried the entire time in the shower and then hobbled out of the shower.  Poor baby.  We had a great trip and hope to be back for another trip this summer!
